Why can the baby talk!? Isn't it like less than a year old ?! this is very strange

Yeah I mean it wouldn't be that weird if it like babbed or something but it just doesn't feel like an infant and is significantly less realistic than a man with a vagina (although the means at which he gets one is very unrealistic) if there was actually a drug that did that I would think some trans women would be very happy
