Well first of all every Omegaverse is different, in some betas and omegas can be together, in others betas only date betas and alpha and omega are the only ones that can date. And in some (maybe like this one) it takes 9 months for it to develope it’s honestly up to the writers. And unless his doctor specifically told him to not have sex, it can not cause a miscarriage. Chances are almost 0 of having a miscarriage from sex. And if the writer wanted him to have a miscarriage they would’ve done so already. :)
