And in some (maybe like this one) it takes 9 months for it to develope it’s honestly up to the writers. And unless his doctor specifically told him to not have sex, it can not cause a miscarriage. Chances are almost 0 of having a miscarriage from sex. And if the writer wanted him to have a miscarriage they would’ve done so already. :)
