Nobody is saying he should’ve stayed with her while being gay and in love with someone else??? The problem is that he should’ve been honest from the exact start is he mute or something instead of letting things get further with the mc while he still had a girlfriend. Well he broke up with her after realising his real feelings for his friend. While it is unfair for the girl, some homosexual ppl do end up dating ppl they’re not even attracted to due to comhet and peer pressure. So honestly both of them are quite pitiful in the relationship.

I think some people misunderstood my point. I meant he should have FIRST ended his relationship with the girl and come clear and SECOND confessed to the guy about his feelings. He was technically cheating on her, that's how I view it. I do like BL very much but that doesn't mean to ignore morality. If this wasn't a BL the guy would be labeled scumbag for getting together with another woman before ending things w his gf, not being praised as a moving love story of finding TRUE love. That's all!

Like we don’t know what he said to her but I assume it was probably something like “we should break up” (also your mentality is forgetting the fact that they’re all high schoolers) he probably wouldn’t “over”explain why. Honestly I think it was wrong for her to slap him. Like it’s not like he cheated on her (he didn’t, that kiss happened the chapter after he broke up with her because he REALIZED HIS TRUE FEELINGS) and she slaps him simply for breaking up.

They hadn’t even kissed or officially gotten together until after he broke up with his girlfriend. This is what happened. 1. He realized his feelings, 2. He told Kai about his feelings, 3. They are now both aware they have feelings for each other, 4. Ren breaks up with his girlfriend the next day because he is now aware of his feelings for Kai and doesn’t want to cheat on her / play with her feelings, 5. Kai and Ren are now together.

Normally I prefer Black hair red eye male leads (here it's Killian) BUT this is the only novel where I prefer the Blonde blue one MORE... Killian is just trash
