It's been obvious over the whole season that yohan still liked Jun in some way it's really not a shock his character has consistently through this entire story. Yohan sees Jun as someone's whose different and kinder than the other bitches at there school and they also share being gay in common. It's very obvious Yohan wouldn't start absolutely hating him that easy of course he's going to try to keep Jun with him like in the last chapters even though he's was still very upset with him.
