Kal will be the emperor. Right now is his time of immaturity and basically finding his self-worth—from what I know/seen, he has mommy issues. Hes relied on the original female lead in a comforting way, and on Ophelia as more on a disciplinary/mama bear way; which is why it was easy for Ophelia to manipulate him.
Contrary to what he gives in these chapters, he overcomes his weaknesses and is a decent ruler, with the ability of being a great emperor…he just hasn’t found himself yet :)
i know it’s cliche but i hope she’s also the OG Tulia because i would feel bad for the OG Tulia who wasn’t able to receive their apologies and their love :(((
