bro its nothing like SL

Not really besides the gates and monsters

yes and in this one it's a tower not even dungeons like in sl

And the plot is nothing like sl,

Where tho? Where is the part that's similar to SL?

A true fan of SL will see it clearly! I noticed several similarites, will mention some not all..I don't have the time to say it all.

1- Both MLs has a very sick mother ans a younger sister..The MLs had to work as a hunter to support them and also got an elixer to save the mother with, which both did and the mother became so healthy and younger.

2- Both MLs were so weak and mocked by people, then grew -after a live or die event inside a dungeon or a gate- from a no boday to an OP hunters.

3-Both MLs after gaining huge powers are showing signs of tilting towards the dark side or craving to fight or kill.

4-Both MLs has conquering and subjugating skills, even the event with the king of the dead ego skeleton guy, was similar with the necromancer SL ML fought, SL ML can summon all those he killed, while this ML has conquered this ego who can summon the dead..

5- The event when this ML went into his first gate and was in a group of bad players who tried attaking or stealing from each other, SL ML had encounterd almost the same thing when he went in a low ranking gate in a group it was his first gate after his re awakening but these guys tried to kill him and take all the crystals to themselves, while this ML stopped them from hurting ans steling from other members of the froup.

6-Both MLs are keeping their idntites a secret and hate the attention of others or media.

7- Both MLs are under the protection of the Hunters assosiations presedent and they help keep their identaties undercover and offered them sponsership and protection.

8- Both MLs has skills with somthing to do with the gates or affect them somehow.

Shall I say more after all this? ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Damm. Didn't expect an actual answer. Now that you said it, some similarities are seen, but they aren't really proof the story was based on SL as I have seen a lot stories with similarities that weren't SL. But yeah, you do have a point

Yes since this kind of novel is famous in korea there's a lot like those so it doesn't mean it was based in sl

Umm.. Actually the pace of this manwha with similar scenes like the wolves in the cave and also scorpions in the desert insted of the centipedes in SL made me feel strong SL vibes.
Sometimes I sensed as if the author has thrown in some differences into the mix in order to show it's not the same ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Like the tower thing.

Some other similarities:
9- Gates that are unstable and seems low profile, but it turns out they are actualy high lvl ones..

10- The MC doesn't want to join any guild or group..etc

And about the proof of this manhwa is baced on SL, points number 1 and 7 in my previous reply will vouch for it.

Any how, it was just something I noticed, I'm not trying to make a case or anything! ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Forgot to mention the chair scene in the last chapter Where the sword ego Lou's body is, brings to mind the scene where SL MC met Igris for the first time, in a place with a thrown chair is..

i find it funny that kids will skip chapters for their fav to appear and then will have no idea wtf is going on xD anyway garou best opm character :)
