The beginning is similar to 10 years where i loved you the most, except seme and uke were lovers. Until another guy, seme’s ex came back to the country after years. And seme is NOT happy that uke lied to him in the beginning that he died so he can be with him, he kicked him out. They broke up and uke disappeared. Seme came to talk to his ex and wanted to start over with him, but then he saw that he was with his new lover since when he was overseas and helped him so much. Seme was confused and ask him who he is and about their breakup. Then he found out from his ex that he wanted uke to lie about his death. Saying he was honoured that he came out to his family for him about their relationship, although the family did not take it well and he didn’t have the confidence to be with him. He said he’s sorry that he made the couple fight from him return. Then seme realized that he was so cruel to uke bc of their bad communication. He was desperately trying to look for him and uke was in the family’s house. Uke had a last stage brain cancer, didn’t have much time and wanted to die peacefully but he was in the hospital. Seme finally found him and he was in the hospital bed with nurses all around working so hard. He passed away and nurses announced it, seme was heartbroken and committed s*icide right after his death.

My favorite one was probably canis , especially the sequel of the second couple, it's about 3 orphans who were best friends as kids but go seperated , apparently the orphanage was selling kids who were shy and more dicile to prostitution and one of the 3 kids was a victim of it , the 2 then swore to find him . It just shows the cruel side of reality because this shit happens in real life , there are kids who are victim of this act and they are used by adults who are supposed to protect them. It s a very meaningful manga its not just a yoai its more than that.
There is also this manga that i really like it's calles Oni to Tengoku , it's about a school psychologist and a teacher , they both faced trauma as kids , the teacher was victim of child abuse from his mother she was very strict and violent to him that even as an adult he is afraid of making mistakes cause he feels like his mother is gonna punish him , as for the doctor i dont remember that much but it was a problem with his brother and he was afraid of love . The doctor used some inappropriate psychology tricks to help shy and closed off students to gain confidence but the teacher caught him , the doctor noticed his trauma and told him that he could make him feel better and get rid if that shame and guilt that his mother carved in him. I like this story because it is kind of realistic and very meaningful, it's really good and it's not just sex btw too men it's more than that you can feel the connection

It's called Jealousy (Scarlet Beriko) , it starts off with this old rich beautiful man with his daughter that kind of took into their home this reckless kid because he tried to scam them , they decided to let him stay with them , and that's when the beautiful man starts talking about his adventures as a reckless youngster. He was kind of like a prostitute to a rich man , but he was very smart , his master owed a gangster and that's when his story begins when he meets that yakuza , he kind of got obsessed with and used his smart ass lol to get his attention and it worked . The beautiful man was a reckless dangerous man who had a very strange concept of love , the young yakuza was enchanted by that but he already had a wife and a kid but they managed to compromise you ll find out more when u read it . Why i like this manga it's cause it's different and realistic in some type of way its still not complete and apparently they dont stay together cause in the present the yakuza isn't there so am curious to what happened, it's like a flashback and it's very refreshing
