Ibis definitely! Ibis has a lot more features and has a lot more variety of brushes for a free software. You also get to use them for a good amount of time after ads...and ibis also has many manga related tools. In the end it depends on whatever you end up liking best lol, since both have their pros and cons.   1 reply
