It’s really versatile and depends on the author but usually it’s few months maybe 2-6 months. Sometimes authors announce a specific date on their social media

I think it's a pretty common feeling! Anxiety and depression (non clinical) are normal but if it's an everyday thing that is actively impeding your life, then you may want to seek medical or psychological help. If that's not an option then my go to strategy is cleaning, going for a walk, and talking a really hot long shower.
