I don't think you can search for user names here, you can only follow people by clicking on their page

you can also just send them the link to your profile
This is my method - I js post on question or comment on a manwha so my friend could find me lol
ahh what i did back then was type the username and then add the sites name. it should work if the username is unique
Google -> search -> type ur friend's username & add mangago beside it
