But from what we can see in this chapter, pretty much it seems that he did intend to initially cheat as he says “lets do it” while drinking and ignoring his boyfriend’s calls.
Again, this does not justify rape in any way. We should never victim blame. I do think however that we can discuss his shitty initial intentions without slut shaming

He probably initially intended to cheat but sober ofc
Then later on got black out drunk or perhaps even drugged and was in fact raped
Therefore this does NOT qualify as cheating (i hope everyone can understand that)
I think he was also going to change his mind eventually before actually cheating anyways.

He might sleepwalk (my inference). But it might also be a symbolism of restraint. Afaik he's not needed them whenever he had a peaceful sleep (or when he slept beside heejae )

I don't think people are saying he raped him just yet. What people are worried about is the next chapter. He has him naked on the bed and is biting and licking him while he's unconscious. That is considered sexual assault because he didn't consent to be stripped and touched in that way (even if they were in a previous relationship). The signs are there that this could potentially lead to him raping him, which is why people are afraid
