How to push yourself to get the hard tasks done? I feel unmotivated to do anything that requires effort. I try everyday yet i can't do much because I get tired or distracted. I try all the tips I find like breaking things down, pomodoro, etc, but I just don't want to do it and it turns into a selective inconvenience for me. It's seriously fucking up my personal life and my academics. Any and all serious advice is appreciated. Thank you!
