Nanmu is sorta Pil-gyun's stepdad cause he fell for and lived with Pil-gyun's mom(mistress of Pilgyun's actual dad) which was a big no no, cause pilgyun's father was like 'I don't wanna have her but also don't wanna give her to anyone else.
So as punishment Nanmu was passed around in the organisation. But then his brothers(not actually blood related, just grew up in the same orphanage) kinda went only WE will do the punishment so Nanmu won't be passed around to anyone else.

So no real incest, just disturbing situations

Only lived with the stepdad a couple months and the brothers aren’t biological they are just from the same orphanage and it wasn’t like for fun or love it was a punishment placed upon them because of him becoming the stepdad I don’t wanna spoil so I left it a bit vague and nonsensical.

I can’t answer without spoilers so don’t read if you don’t want to be spoiled. I would say they had somewhat of a similar circumstance cause the step dad was an orphan so his whole life he dreamed of having a family. He was assigned by the man who adopted him and two other boys from the orphanage to raise his mistresses kid. The kid was already 7 years old and was neglected up into this point. Basically when the stepdad meets the kid and the mistress he sees basically the physical manifestation of his dream (a wife and a son). Tbh you get the sense that it was always more about saving the kid or like his past self through the kid or maybe that’s just my interpretation than it was about the wife. He takes care of the kid when sick plays with the kid and takes a real interest in his life and happiness. Then the man who adopted the stepdad and the true father of the child finds out stepdad is dating the mistress and gets he taken away and punished. Basically it sums up to him being used against his will by other men but he is strong and keeps offing them so it’s determined that it will be the brothers and him the brothers basically agree to carry his burden. They all hate the man who adopted them and made them into monsters. The stepdad lets it happen because he is told he can have the family eventually. So he is being tortured for years thinking of the boy he wanted to save and the family he dreamed of having. Meanwhile the boys life gets worse because now instead of just being neglected he is beaten and battered and made to do evil things and basically turns into a yandere who yearns for the only man who ever showed him love and who he also loves. His mind breaks because of something and he decides to stop being controlled and that is that start of the story! It is a very good read with complex characters who are mentally unwell to say the least but after everything they went through it makes sense none of them truly understand love or the lines that normal people abide by

No that's wrong. There is no incest at all. The "brothers" are all adopted and more like brothers in arm really. The son is not related to the uke at all and yes the little boy grows up to be the seme. All in all its a story about trauma, rape and love. Happy reading x.
