So he makes her life miserable ig and in the middle of all that, mc becomes pregnant. Later mc desides she's giving up on ml. And after a while Ml regains memories ig(or not i forgot) either way he comes to love mc again and has a redemption arc or smtg. Mc doesn't forgive at first but does later. And they live happy ever after
