I kind of want to see stories where they're just average people who have had an average number of relationships before meeting each other. Like maybe 3 to 5 partners at best?

Like do the math. If they're meeting at 27 years old, and if they started dating at 15 years old and an average serious relationship lasts 2+ years, if we make an assumption and calculate it out factoring in that maybe some years they aren't dating anyone at all, that's 15-16 age 1st relationship, 17-19 age 2nd relationship, 20-21 age maybe single, 22-25 age 3rd relationship, 26-27 age 4th relationship. But no, somehow a 18 year old has 100+ bodies and then they finally meet at 27, and one of them is somehow a virgin with no experience in love because he was rejected one time by a homophobe in grade 10. This trope is so oversaturated I'm actually interested in basic boring average relationship numbers for once ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

I agree, no way in hell do people actually enjoy that stupid cliche trope. But I think an average relationship count would be 2-3 (if were talking about manhwas set in s.korea) because of the highly competitive education system and brutal work culture.

5 is kinda crazy especially in this day and age where everyone is judgemental asf, that would mean youre physically and/or have traits that are conventionally attractive.
