Sorry but could you dumb down the explanation I still don't get it I'm sad that the ending was rushed

I am not good at explaing. So i Don't know if it will help you that much..
First, we know that two worlds are mentioned here: 1. Real World, 2. Hunter World (Game World).
Real World: Where our MC Seonwoo was playing the game in his room and perhaps had just completed the final level. Right at that moment, we see that MC Seonwoo gets transferred to the game world (Hunter World). (At that time, our MC Seonwoo was an adult.) Now the question remains: where did the game world's Seonwoo go, since our MC took the place of the game world's Seonwoo?
Hunter World (Game World): Where there are Hunter Guides, monsters, gates, and apostles. When our MC shifts to this game world, we see that the Seonwoo of this world was a doctor.
Manhwa Last Chapter: In the final chapter, we see another Seonwoo—the one we were looking for throughout the entire manhwa, wondering where he went. And we come to know that he actually went to our MC Seonwoo's place, meaning into the real world. At that moment, that Seonwoo said that at 9 years old, through playing that game, he entered the Hunter World (Game World) and stayed there until he became an adult and turned into a doctor. This proves that Doctor Seonwoo actually originates from the real world. (We can clearly see in the last chapter that when Doctor Seonwoo comes back to his own world, he cries upon seeing his parents because he gets to meet them again.)
On the other hand, our MC Seonwoo definitely went to the real world at that same age of 9, taking Doctor Seonwoo's place. Then MC Seonwoo also started playing that same game. In other words, Doctor Seonwoo played that game up to the age of 9 and then went to the Hunter World, while MC Seonwoo surely came to the real world in Doctor Seonwoo's place at age 9 and started playing that exact same game. But after becoming an adult, MC Seonwoo went back to the Hunter World, and Doctor Seonwoo returned to the real world—meaning whoever originally existed in which world returned to their respective place.
However, MC Seonwoo forgets all of this because he had been considering the real world as his own world for all this time. The real world he was thinking of returning to is not actually his own world; he does not belong there. He actually belongs in the Hunter World (Game World), and he finds out that when he was young, he lost his parents to an apostle in the Hunter World. Then MC realizes that there is no point in him going back to the real world anymore.
At that point, he was looking for a way to return to the Hunter World, since he made the great sacrifice and died. But through that watch, he somehow manages to return to the Hunter World. Once again, he forgets everything, as we see in the final chapter that he forgets having met the ML previously.

Thanks! I’ve been wanting to start reading that novel for a long time, but I just can't find the perfect time.. Since I run a fb account/page, I have to post daily, but my mental health hasn't been great lately. Everything feels so stressful that I want to drop everything, yet I feel paralyzed and can't do a thing. Sorry for going off-topic though—I just needed to vent some of the pressure I've been holding inside... sigh.
