it was heavily implied in a certain chapter of mc’s daddy’s past. how he admired americans was it? and how he admired how influential they were. grandpa’s pov saw how he would come home limping (implying that daddy’s mc slept with one of those men) thus i believe that’s also how daddy knew his secrets.

chapter 44, the grandpa was natrating to our mc how much the dad was running after the fame of americans during the war. and how he was coming to school limping and uncomfortable. it was heavily implied with the money and how he was washing his own clothes late at night.
