My guess is it’s similar to real human pregnancy- where the bebe is in a womb in the uterus- not vagina or colon- so accidental birth dumps wouldn’t happen unless the bebe is already ready to go
Ive seen a few omegaverses who have a diagram. Basically think of male genitals. Semen and urine come out the same place. But they originated in different places. So the feces comes from a different location than the womb. Some have said this is why its harder for male omegas to get pregnant.
