My guess is it’s similar to real human pregnancy- where the bebe is in a womb in the uterus- not vagina or colon- so accidental birth dumps wouldn’t happen unless the bebe is already ready to go

Ive seen a few omegaverses who have a diagram. Basically think of male genitals. Semen and urine come out the same place. But they originated in different places. So the feces comes from a different location than the womb. Some have said this is why its harder for male omegas to get pregnant. The semen can travel up to the poop shute instead of taking the detour up to the baby room. They eventually all come out the same place. Fictional sex tends to forget about the poo factor in all of this. But essentially they have a cervix up their anal canal that cant open when aroused and it closes when pooping so fecal matter doesnt travel up into the womb. But im sure the slick will act as discharge and keep it clean.
