My sister, she's eighteen seemingly passed away from COVID. She refused medicine because she was scared of pain. She refused the hospital because she was scared.

She was my best friend. My everything. I know typically this site is for other things. But I need help. I'm so scared. What should I do?

Connect with nature. Go to the park or somewhere with people. Grieving in silence will just make it worse imo.
Have somebody to talk with, and communicate with others, it's better than being alone.
    And, sorry for your loss.

I seriously feel like I've lost everything dear to me. I feel so empty. And I just want to see her again.

Don’t rush trying to get over it, cry, be mad, allow yourself to feel. Do small comforting stuff for yourself like going outside and speak and share memorises with family and people who are also grieving. There’s a few numbers whcih you can call whcih can give you more advice

Grief is just love with no place to go, I'm sorry for your lost may I suggest redirecting your love for her in some other things? Perhaps things she loved to do before. Did she liked volunteering? Liked taking a walk, hobbies and such.

I don't know what she liked but you can integrate things she like in your life, If she liked to take a walk, take one whenever you miss her. If she like volunteering you can volunteer, your love for her can still help others.

But ofcourse don't forget yourself, you can redirect your love for her to yourself, take care of yourself, I'm 100% sure your sister would love to see you enjoying your life, I have siblings myself and thats what I wish for them all the time.

Also don't entertain negative thoughts past 9PM okay? If you start thinking things just sleep cause another day will come. Sleep early wake up, soke in the morning sun, feel the life around you. Surround yourself with people you trust and if you still feel lonely, think of the happiest memory you have with your sister. I'm sure the 18 years she's with you is full of memories.

For now let yourself grief, it's okay to feel the things you feel, Cry all you want, don't bottle it up, voice out the sadness, Trying to get away or ignoring it will eat you away in the long run. I'm sorry for your lost and hope the best for you, your family, friends and loved ones she left behind.
