I chose a great time to pick this up again! I knew what was gonna happen so I wanted to avoid the whole, uhhh, misunderstanding arc (trying to avoid giving spoilers lol).

I'm on chapter 19 and I think I'm gonna drop it especially since it looks like the ending is rushed. Honestly a title "I tamed the broken male lead with my vagina" would be more accurate since it's all that guy seems to be interested in. The female main character is quite interesting and honestly the best part of this whole story but not it's enough to carry it, unfortunately
Every time a new chapter comes out I get kinda irritated when she is suspicious of all his actions and always assumes the worst, but then I remember she suffered a lifetime of abuse by him so of course she's not going to trust him just like that.
I wish there were more flashbacks to her previous life and what she suffered, then it would be a bit easier to understand her motivation, I think

But having read spoilers here in the comments (I don't mind spoilers) I'm really considering dropping this, as I really wanted a feel-good... but on the other hand, the dad being an asshole from start to finish and other stuff is actually more realistic so idk.
I guess I'll keep reading and see, but boy does the father piss me off! I saw a lot of shit dads in manhwa, but this one takes the cake, idk why, maybe because we have some insight into his thought process? Or because he has a voice of reason RIGHT THERE but refuses to change?
I'm rereading this because I realized I forgot some of the plot (I did not pick this up immediately after the hiatus) and I just can't how EVERY TIME Hyunjae is on the screen everything is golden and glowy and sparkly, no other character has an aura like that (love interest aura...?)

I for one did not drop this immediately after the r-e scene because there's so few ongoing fantasy BL stuff, I even read the entire season 1 iirc, but I realized I was really forcing myself to read it, like the plot wasn't compelling, the characters were meh, the relationship got better fortunately but still nothing to write home about, generally it was just blah.
I confused this with another manhwa I started reading but didn't like very much so for the longest time I didn't pick it up, and it's actually good! Definitely a very reasonable FL. It kinda annoys me a little how everyone adores her, but that's a given in that kind of story...
