What I really like so far is that the MC is not particularly set on getting revenge or anything, but because the villains keep fucking around he just has to make them find out
But a sad single tulip for a flower on a date, come on! (says the person who doesn't like cut flowers at all)
But I don't really care, at least it's entertaining for now. And refreshing to see a different kind of setting for now. The FL does not seem too dumb although I kinda want they utilized her knowledge of survival a bit more? I also like how the author "blamed" some of the plot holes or lazy writing on the fictional OG author, like random first aid kits popping up, that was actually quite clever
I gotta say I got tired of all the village stuff because most of the new characters felt like idiots to me and I dropped this, then came back after I got the plot twist from a few chapters ago spoilerized on FB... I kinda like the end of season 2 it's like starting over and this time maybe it will actually be good (not that I'm saying that it's bad really, just I didn't like where the story went).
Ok on the one hand this is HILARIOUS, on the other hand I'm allergic to queerbaiting but I laughed so hard still, like everyone was always "is hyunjae's and yoojin's relationship so gay on purpose or am I reading into this too much" welp now you have your answer, definitely on purpose!
It's my 3rd comment on this in like a week but I'm just sooo impressed with the plot and all but most importantly HEALTHY MASCULINITY and good MALE ROLE MODELS like it's an antidote for all the violent, problematic, abusive, psycho male characters out there. Like, men who gave a caretaking role and don't shy away from talking about feelings or showing emotion, but are still manly characters (heck, more manly than some overpowered psychos).
The parental relationship between Me Hong and Heejae is just so wonderfully depicted. Same with Heejae and his students.
Female characters are amazingly done as well - in this type of manhwa women are often either a sort of overcompensating super strong woman or someone who is more like a passive accessory, here even though the MC is male, there's plenty of female characters with depth and personality and driving the plot forwards. Ugh I could keep gushing about this, I'm so glad I found this manhwa!
Words can't express how much I love these guys. A new chapter is like seriously the brightest moment in my life. I'm so sad it's ending but on the other hand I wouldn't want it to drag on and on until it becomes bad or something. I just hope the author comes up with something equally amazing next
(Also I laughed so hard at Sol playing with the stew ghost lol. And would you look at Haebeoms massive melons hahaha)

And I'm happy Abigail didn't choose day or night to look her old self, it would only lead to suffering. Ahhh I don't think it's a series where I do honestly wish the characters to be happy

(btw I'm not into kpop at all, so could someone please tell me: do the band members usually have so much say and input into their like setups and such? To be honest from what I've heard of kpop the members are a bit like puppets , trained and then doing what they're told with very little say about their image and such (no offense to kpop fans))
In this sort of "historical" manhwa (I'm putting historical in quotes because it's not really, but that's what it's often called), I often see that the servants for royal or ducal families are picked from lower mobility, and I don't think it's the case in Europe of the time that the setting is supposed to mimic. Like there were noble ladies-in-waiting to the queen for example, but they weren't servants, more like companions. No noble, unless like seriously fallen would serve as a personal maid or head maid, or a footman like I sometimes see. I wonder if it's something borrowed from Korean court culture and carried over to this setting, such as an emperor having a queen and a bunch of consorts, which is also something I often see?
