He's built pretty much the same, just with added front in female form, I don't see how he HAS to be in fem form to be able to go in
Well spoiler alert, imo it's mostly because of the situation in the future where sunraku need the female form a lot in the fight, so I guess it's kinda the way the manga trying to make us get used to the female avatar
What I wanted to see more of his stupid antics in his birb form tho ;-;
well most of the time he will remain in male avatar but in combat mostly in female iirc, we'll see in the future

The female form comes with 2 benefits:
1) It reverse Sunroku stats going from glass cannon with low VIT and High AGI and LCK to High Vit, but low AGI and LCK. Though his lack of equipment due to the curse means he's not as tanky as he would like.
2) Only a few players know his female form, hence he use it to become inconspicuous. The knowledge about how you can change your gender is still not known in Shangri-La Frontier. (It's like the racial change which is also rare.)
Many players think of his female form as a weird Sunroku's wannabe fan.
The 2nd one makes sense but the 1st one was a different grail, which he did choose but the gender bending one is ALL it does
