I kinda feel for the novel’s FL(not the main character of the webtoon).
In order to take her life back she befriended a bunch of powerful people and they fell for her.
The moment she got married, all those “friends” left the second they realized they would never be loved romantically. I know she was painted as calculating and uncaring, but look at the way she gets excited when a seemingly trustworthy girl(our protagonist) calls her name in a friendly manner. Shes just another human trying to survive, it’s no one’s fault she married someone. Just like it’s not the male leads fault that they fell in love with her.
It just really really sucks when an important friend in your life tells you they “can’t be friends” because they “love you more than a friend”…. It’s a different kind of loneliness.
I sort of stand w this statement. The only thing i don't like w the OG FL is the fact that she opened a new trading route w/o thinking abt consequences (honestly, shouldn't there be a revolution by now?) But honestly, the fact that the other guys pursuing her cut her off completely just because she didn't choose them is...anticlimactic. She shouldn't feel guilty just bc she choose someone amongst them and they shouldn't antagonize her just because of that. Tho i feel like misogyny also play the part?

Another reason why the other guys cut Betty off was due to being used. She literally used them for her benefit and discarded them when they were no longer needed. So, besides being rejected I understand why they built distance and put their guard up around her. She’s just not trustworthy as a friend.
She didn't 'befriend' them, she's a regressor she seduced them and choose the most 'powerful' which most FL's in regression novels do we just get to see the aftermath, I don't think they broke the friendship, i personally think its not respectful or decent to keep in contact with ppl you know have feelings for you so they were right in distancing themselves from ogFL but we're used to seeing the 2MLs pine forever and raise the FL and ML's kids and in this manhwa everyone get paired up even the 2ML.

I didn’t like how the girls were being portrayed as lewd from just existing. Then they throw in a random NonCon situation just to make the protagonist look heroic, but it doesn’t do shit for the story.
Not only do they throw this unnecessary event at us, but they show it to us and break it up into chapters, and show some fucked dialogue, to some poor random character that’s supposed to be a foil/rival for FL. Problem is, the stimuli for why the Foil falls for Protagonist could have been ANYTHING ELSE. But they chOSE to make noncon smut that was broken up by parts.
I stopped reading. It’s not worth it.
The panty shots were bad enough on their own, but putting me through this bullshit without payoff is not worth my time.
