What is happening? Who even are these irrelevant new charas?? When will this ever end??? Most importantly, whhhyyy are we even still here????!!!!
It's a little awkward that she was hurt that he suspected her of hurting his sister based on the scene he saw, but she doesn't think of the impendiNg hurt he'd feel when he finds out she strongly suspects him of being a serial killer based on a vague description of a novel that says he is a prime suspect.
Readers happily reading a manga that includes: rape, pedophilia, abuse, murder and other psychological horrors but draws the line at incest lmao. This manga has always been about societal taboos and horrors so it's a given that there will be topics that people will find uncomfortable. That's the intention. This was not sudden, it has always been hinted at even in the beginning, what with ruby's brocon behaviour. It's uncomfortable, yes, but we read this not for comfort, yes?
Soohyang may not have been the love of his life but she was his refuge after and while going through so many unimaginable tragedies. She provided him with comfort and a home without asking for anything in return. Her unfair death deserved the justice of his revenge. May you rest in peace Soohyang.
Why?
why?
Whyy???
Why is Ya Yul not the ML? I mean, I'm reading for the father-daughter bond, but if there will be romance, I'd prefer Ya Yul over Ryu Cheong. I get that Ya Yul was the one who killed her in her past life but at least he wasn't her lover who abused and cheated on her then killed her. That would be more unforgivable and I would be more against Ya Yul being the ML, but since that was not the case and since Ya Yul is growing up in a better environment now, I do prefer him over Ryu Cheong. And for once, I would like it if the original male lead ends up with the original female lead since they both seem like good characters.
Spoiler..
I don't understand the people saying Rohan is a traitor because he betrayed the FL. Rohan is actually stubornly loyal, even in the face of his love for the FL and Leon. He is the emperor's knight, first of all. And a knight's utmost loyalty to the one he serves is a part of his holy oath. He will not be a traitor to the FL in the future because he is not the FL's person, and the FL knows this; in fact it isn't only once where the FL thinks that Rohan's loyalty is with the emperor. He is the emperor's person, and because his main trait is his unbreakable loyalty towards the one he solely serves, we cannot really call him a traitor or say he betrayed the FL at the end of the story because ever since the beginning, his loyalty has always been with the emperor.
Okay, I was ready to throw hands when it was hinted that bero would sacrifice himself(?) for Daisy( ╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻.
I almost didn't finish reading the chapter and thought of dropping this if bero was killed. No more furry deaths please except the monster enemies.
Man, it'll be great if Simon became younger too, like Pietro, so they'll still grow old together
the nobles who adopted and then proceeded to abuse Amy broke her brother. Imagine only wanting to be with your only family left who you were separated from for a long time, and when you manage to go and meet them, you're told that you have to pay an enormous amount to get them back. He probably did all kinds of odd jobs, slaved himself away and his only consolation was only his hope to save enough money to be with his sister. And when he did save enough money, he finds out his sister killed herself because she was abused and bullied and tormented. The devastation and helplessness they both would've felt and ended up breaking his mind.
And those girls he killed, believing he was saving them. They would have had a chance at happiness had they not been killed by him.
The cruelty of those with power and those who were supposed to protect them were what started this all. He should have just killed them instead of those innocent girls.
in another life, Louise and the current emperor could have been friends seeing as the emperor feels at ease enough with Louise to deem her be the only one he trusts enough to divulge his secret on. If only his mother isn't such a scheming biatch, he could have grown up to be a decent human being. Welp.
The dynamic of the ML and FL here is similar to the dynamic of the leads in Beware The Villainess.
I actually quite like the ML. Although compared to the visuals of other famous MLs, his looks would seem ordinary, but I actually like that he isn't too attractive. It makes him different. I like that his personality isn't rigid or cold, or arrogant because he's too handsome, or too powerful, or too influential.
He's with the FL as a constant support; not as someone that always appears as her hero but as someone that contributes to her strength and strategies. He's like the ML in Kill the Villainess. It's refreshing to have MLs like them actually.
