I canāt say this enough but the relationship between Yuri and Xinlu is genuinely so beautiful. Yuri is so patient, gentle, and caring toward Xinlu, and Iām honestly so glad Xinlu ended up with him. It feels like Xinlu truly needed someone like Yuri someone who could be his ocean and his safe place.
Xinlu went through countless struggles in his life and had to deal with the psychological and emotional effects connected to his eyes and all the drama around him even if some of it came from his own actions lol. But seeing the difference between the āoldā Xinlu and the person he becomes later is honestly amazing. You can really see the impact Yuri had on him and how much being loved properly changed him.
Iāve read the novel five times already and I still canāt get enough of it. Their relationship feels so beautiful because they actually communicate and deal with conflicts instead of dragging them out forever. Yuri is incredibly understanding and Xinlu genuinely makes an effort to open up and talk about his problems. I just finished rereading the novel again, and I seriously have to say it one more time their relationship is so beautiful. I genuinely canāt hype them up enough.

You know he doesnt like you nor think that the baby is his so why keep it then ? Your baby is gonna be living with parents who both don't love each other.
Well I'm not a mother not the character. But I guess it's because a part of him thinks that he wants that baby. It's a part of him to so it's not that easy to make abortion an option. So even if he doesn't have the ability to raise it, he's still keeping it.

Okay but he literally said himself that he doesnāt want his baby to go through what he experienced as a kid. Wanting a child isnāt selfish but ignoring the harm you might cause and refusing accountability can be. I donāt fully agree with the people calling the MC dumb for his actions because I can understand and empathize with where heās coming from. But if heās already aware of his issues and the impact they could have then he should definitely keep the child away from that environment instead of repeating the cycle.
I get what u mean. wanting to keep the baby because itās a part of him is understandable but at the same time wanting a child and being able to give that child a healthy environment are two different things
I think many parents may have thoughts about that.
"Am I able to raise a kid? Am I selfish if I give birth to a child? Am I selfish if I don't? Will I be enough for a baby? Can I provide happiness, strenght and everything it needs?".
And many people are doing an amazing job raising their kids even without a partner, even if they struggle, even if they're insecure about what they're doing.
From my experience, I can say this: if you LOVE your kid, you WILL find a way.
Maybe MC will find his own purpose if there's a life that counts on him.
Well, we don't know what the character thinks. Even if the author put a bubble of thoughts in the panel, if we consider them as real people in real life. We can only imagine that maybe, only maybe if he works hard he'll manage to give the baby a better life.

The way the MC feels about the ML is so parasocial. Itās like he fell in love with an image of who he thought the ML was and even when the ML tries to break that image, he still doesnāt really want to face the truth. Because of that the relationship between the two just doesnāt work for me
Im so sorry but if your gonna make a side couple then finish the main couple first. Its such a pet peeve of mine bc I know there will be more scenes about them (WHICH I DON'T MIND if it was it own story after the main) and that there scenes is gonna be after something important happens to the main couple just to filter it out. Like this is not naruto right now why are we doing this
