I think that’s because the main character genuinely thought the alpha was an omega when they were in HS. The reco was most likely based off chapter 1 because you learn pretty quickly that boy is definitely not an omega.
So this manhwa is a typical omegaverse plot. The plot was that the omega slept with the alpha before he left the country. They're in college, years after the alpha saw him again not knowing that their sex bloomed. I don't what other diff things I can say, but they're in college after the sex he got pregnant
