Maybe I’m just crazy but wouldn’t the easiest solution is to just switch Asuka out with that green haired saint’s soul? The pink hair chick and green haired saint has a history along with Zane. The green haired saint is already dead and living for eternity already. So why not just seal herself with the pink haired chick then??? They’re birds of a feather. It’s a win-win situation for everyone. Pink haired lady seals black magic, green haired saint make sure the witch is never lonely again, and Asuka get to live her life.
It’s kinda crazy how the author suddenly cooked with the children side story but shit the bed with the main story. It’s still slop but at least the kids have a more interesting dynamic and personalities.
I forgot about this manga for a couple of years and decided to catch up on the story. Good lord nothing has changed! Even at an attempt in inserting a mystery the story is so incredibly flat. As fun as it is seeing the guys and side characters turn even more crazy, it doesn’t feel rewarding with such a flat character. This is like the more boring version of Taking down Death Flags. Even though she doesn’t end up with anyone, Bakarina was a fun protagonist. Mystia is just so BORING. When will authors learn that being a nice doormat characters aren’t interesting unless they have character development. Good fucking god.

This manhwa cannot end fast enough. I’m purely reading for the other characters but I’m going insane waiting for the ending. This FL is absolutely insufferable. At this point, her tragic backstory can’t… justify whatever is wrong with her. Like at a certain point you gotta go “she’s fucking insane”.
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, MAKE IJUN THE ML. DON’T CURSE ME WITH SECOND ML SYNDROME. HE HAS SUCH BETTER POTENTIAL THAN THAT BLACK HAIRED KID.
But I just keep on calling him Arkansas and honestly, it makes this story infinitely more tolerable after the amnesia arc started.

I kinda wish he had a more refreshing voice of reason where he tries to reign in her reckless side and not make the boring point of “hur hur murder is bad.” Death Note already did it and did it better.
