Does it sound familiar? It's not colored and the art is really beautiful. She's super skinny with really big breasts. And it's ongoing.
I know the plot is a bit generic so I'm trying to add as many details as I can.
It was about a girl who is forced to be a villainess to make her younger sister look better in public. She is starved and forced to wear slutty outfits, and her boobs are super big despite her being starved by her family.
At some event when she is doing the villainess thing a guy notices that she's injured, his name is Reo or Rei or something like that I think. He's a noble from another country.
He notices her injury and she apparently has a broken arm or shoulder and he takes responsibility for it and takes her to his home. Or I think it's actually his aunt and uncle's home.
Then they all proceed to treat her really nicely like she's never been treated before and she opens up a bit about her abuse.
Does it ring a bell for anyone? I've really been combing lists to find it but I just can't.

It was an omegaverse story where the uke is some kind of prince and the seme is from another kingdom that lost a war or something with ukes country. They end up being paired in the woods or aowmtjibf because ukes heat came and that means that seme has to stay by his side at all times until they can somehow undo the connection between them. The uke is being kind to the seme, but seme doesn't trust him at all. Maybe the uke is pregnant I'm don't quite remember.
