I think he is using the whole "Bite you" thing as teasing. Because Eno keeps talking about how he is getting older and he wasn't as young as he was so he can't keep being... *Thinking of right word* He can't keep up with a vampire's stamina like he use to. So, he is teasing him by saying "Sounds to me like you want me to bite you" That kind of thing. Keep him at a young age so his stamina won't suffer and they can have sexy time all the time lol. That's my guess.
