I read the novel long time ago. My memory is not that good woth details. However here's some that I still vaguely remember

The reason why he's sick
- We all know that he came from a different reality, and the mc and ml have met there (if you all guess it).

And if you guess it base on some flashbacks and some glimpse, the mc got into an accident. To be precise he and the ml got into an incident where the underground terminal of a train station collapse

What's worse is that the ml died protecting mc. But the mc is still alive. Yes you heard it right. The mc is still alive. Barely. Half alive half dead, with the ml's body on top of him and on him are the collapse surrounding.

Essentially he's soul transmigrated while he's body is still alive, there underground. That's why he's body is sick, he's having this headache, barely walk, cause he's soul is transmitting the pain and sensation from his alive-dead body.

Which is true because in the novel both the Top and the Bottom dont have romantic feelings for each other in this timeframe

The Bottom never went to highschool and only finish middleschool. Does he want to continue schooling? Nope. He doesn't see the need to especially since he knows what he wants to do

The Bottom has this very different mindset. Yes he is innocent, but he is not naive, once he knows you're the bad guy (even only in his eyes) then your a bad guy, you won't get a spect of goodness from him

What we see as common sense doesn't apply to him. He his own sens of common sense. Cause in his mind, it make sense. He has this submissive personality but also has his own thoughs, very strong one. Basically even 10 bulls can't moved him once he made up his mind

Even if the Bottom goes along with the Tops request or rules, he goes along with it cause why not? Doesn't fcking effect or change his life (LOL)If he does not like it, the Top can only be helpless and reduce to either compliyng or meet him in the middle.

And yes, a lot when I say a lot I mean almost 99.99% who knows them, will advise or talk why is the Bottom with Top ( LOL) and even talked shot of the Top in front of the Bottom (Lol) and the Bottom will let them cause it's true.
