He is a "comic relief red flag". I don't like this term, but that's the best way to put it. The author made him unhinged and over-the-top as a way to parody red flag semes. It will get even more absurd each chapter. He literally screenshots a message with a heart emoji that Jakyung sent him, frame it and put it on the wall.
I love this. I love that the MC isn't just a cold, overpowered robot despite actually being a monster. He’s actually nice to his friends and has real personality, which makes a huge difference.
