She's not your morally upright character. Definitely don't read if you can't stand extreme main characters. If she lived all her life for the sake of 1 idea before, changing the idea isn't going to change who she is. She is consistently an extremist all for the sake of 1 goal.

This story just raises blood pressure man. I feel terrible for MC who is actually doing so well in fighting back, until he is drugged out of his mind. I keep waiting for a turning point in dialogue, nuances, or approach from the ML but it just gets worse.
MC has nerves of steel to still be sane. I guess the plot armor of a cop background is working extra hard.

I think it’s such a more interesting story cs there’s not a clear line between mc and ml on being “good” or “bad” they’re both just human and very morally grey. I think it’s crazy entertaining compared to the yin and yang syndrome of other yaois

The 3rd blood cult sub-leader slightly terrifies me for MC.
I read the novel, don't worry the MC is a goal driven one, the romance here is just a sub plot at the end of the novel.
