I’m glad that this is how the story is unfolding. For once, one of them isn’t secretly in love with the other. They’re two best friends and that’s all it was. Until silver hair started playing around by kissing dark skin and lust kicked in. Now they can’t get enough of each other and soon it’ll grow into feelings of jealousy and then love. I like that shxt.
Hopefully it evolves that way and we don’t find out that there were some secret feelings involved since way back. That kind of scenarios always makes me feel like people don’t actually believe that friends can just be friends UNTIL they aren’t.
na I think the seme was always in love with the uke because yk that chapter when they were looking at baby pictures the seme kisses the uke in one and wanted to recreate it and the seme is always giving off hints like “damn” or like he kinda blushes n is always making a move on the uke. so yeah And I think they both like each other just the uke hasn’t come to terms with it yet
Lol why is everyone so upset? The argument I keep seeing is “the knight waited for her for years, he should get the girl.” LMFAO. Okay, I mean if life was all flowers and rainbows, then maybe.
I don’t dispute they’d be cute together and I thought he was the male lead too, but the moment the story was about the king needing to fall in love in order for the no marriage law to be removed, it was clear he’d be the endgame for the female lead lol. Like it’s such an obvious plotline that I don’t understand why people are so mad about it to the point of dropping it.
To be fair I think there's another manga which was pretty popular called something like my horrible boss, and it's a groundhog day plot where the boss falls in love with his subordinate (as they are the only two who remember the day restarting repeatedly) and learns to be a better person to try and match up with her - but in the end he lets her go so she can be with the far more compatible partner she was already flirting with - so on one hand it's an obvious plot, on the other hand there are exceptions to the obvious plotline rule
It’s Asuka for me. All day, every day. After binging this, this is what I understand of her situation:
Aoi = she’s in lust with him and is in denial about it, but she doesn’t fight it much because she pretends to only do it because it’s necessary
SIDE NOTE: When this story began, she said she had medicine for her weird shxt, but now all of a sudden, she never has any and only Aoi can help? How did she live all these years without that? Is that a plot hole or...?
Asuka = she’s in love with him and therefore genuinely enjoys their embrace, even though she knows it’s not proper
SIDE NOTE: I lowkey want Asuka to find himself a better woman since he’s my favorite and I don’t feel she deserves him
SPOILERS: don’t read if you don’t want to be spoiled on the ending. read it after it’s done or something.

I’m not sure if you’ve read the part where she says that she just accepted Asuka because she was to be wed to him. Like it was planned by her parents and she just accepted that she should love him because she was engaged to him, without questioning her own heart. And Asuka learns that he never loved her but just the idea of her where he wanted to put her in a cage and never let her go or something (figuratively speaking) which was kinda dark in my opinion. I personally don’t think she ever loved him but she felt like she could freely indulge in her own lust with him since they’re already to be married whereas she can’t with Aoi. I also agree that it was lust at first but i think it turned into something more. I personally didn’t like how she gave in to her lust with Aoi while she was engaged, like that’s just ugh. I get she needed to kiss him but they went too far in my opinion.
Just for clarification: she dropped her bag of medicine when they were walking to through the mountain area before the rain. The ingredient that he was out to get was for her meds. He couldn't get that ingredient b/c the bridge was out. I'm not defending her, or him, or the situation. I'm just saying...that's why she doesn't have meds. Other than that, she annoys me.
I'm going to be honest.
1. I don't like the MC
2. He's a pathetic hypocrite and I hope he doesn't end up with the swindler just because he wants it so bad.
Why? Because he comes off as this good, innocent guy who got screwed over when the reality is that he fell for the man his sister was/is in love with, and did nothing to avoid being around the man. Meanwhile he kept having condescending thoughts about his sister in his head, basically wondering what the man saw in her. BRO. IT'S YOUR FCKING SISTER!!!
Whatever guilt he felt about his feelings, looked like a joke because while he was aware of the feelings he was developing, he never once turned down the other guy. Part of me wishes this ended in a tragedy just so he can learn a real, life-changing lesson. Because as far as I'm concerned, this outcome has turned the potential that the story had, into an idiotic flowers and rainbows type of mess.
Oh, his swindler of a crush so happens to return his feelings.
PLEASE.
*sigh* And I was hoping that Natsu would turn out to be Chika’s brother. Let’s go for a grander plot twist: they are BOTH his brothers from a family their shxt father built on the side so they’re also all half-brothers and Uzuki would’ve set up Chika back then, because of some sort of typical sibling jealousy (maybe he wanted to live with their grand-father too or he resented Chika from growing out of the constant dark hole born from being neglected by their father) or wtvr.
Okay now that I’m done fantasizing, this is an interesting development. Since Uzuki said “long time no see,” I’m going to go ahead and guess that he lives with their father since Natsu lives with his mom. Therefore, this reinforces the fact that Natsu being in the Koto club has nothing to do with Uzuki. I just really don’t want his brother to use him now that he’s found something he truly enjoys.
So the human that her demon-self had feelings for, was in fact Itae. That would explain why it hurt her to see him in his classmate like that. Her soul is probably still in love with him. And he's definitely the one that she chose to be human for. I usually would be all for the blonde angel guy, but the way she loves Itae just feels... better. Greater. I'm really hoping she ends up with him, but I'm not sure that that's where the author plans to go. Seems like 50/50.
I just really want her turning human for him not to be a waste.
By the looks of it, Fake Geto appears to be an immortal man who went around fathering sons. So they'd be half-brothers. If they're just brothers and not half-brothers, then that means Itadori is partly a cursed spirit (since the guy said he had three parents and one of them was a cursed spirit), which would explain why he's able to handle Sukuna the way he is right now. I would need more details on that, though. It's all so fascinating.
The author said that he will introduce us to his parents later on seperately
damn, now that I thought, it kinda makes sense tbh
