The public found out he was the son of the guy who abducted Hunter when he was a kid and basically started blaming him in media and calling it a set up and that made Yujin spiral and ultimately run away.
Valid, I'm guessing Hunter is just as aware as to why, so I'm glad it's not of misunderstanding

But the author said they actually kiss and it was because FL's older sister manipulated Beomseok by using the "we look the same, so why not try kissing me" and it was all becuase the sister is a two faced bitch, acting like a supportive sister but actually bitching behind lthe FLs back

Nah, their lips didn’t touch and in chapter 14 (or is it 13?) we see him stopping it mere inches apart. That’s why the confusion exists. Because we haven’t been shown an actual kiss. Just what it would looks like if they were about to.
I’m not even sure why he should be at fault for this considering he convinced himself he could never pursue her because he’d lose their friendship and was never aware (still isn’t) of the FL’s feelings. As a 16-17 year old whose dealing with being a teenager and the messed up childhood he grew up in, blaming her grown up sister is the only acceptable conclusion.
Yeh he did kiss her, unless it's a super ret-con where they try to pull a "Nah you were just seeing things wrong" when it was clearly there on chapter 3.
In chapter 14 we didn't see it because they just didn't want to show the same thing we already saw in chapter 3. Chapter 14 was just the explanation as to why he did kiss her (which was stupid).
He's not at fault legally. But it's completely his fault for however FL chooses to treat him now. I mean, who kisses their best friend's sister behind their backs??
That type of stuff has ruined real-life friendships. Like when guys hit on their guy best friend's little sister.
