The seme is one day kicked out of his home or something like that and he ends up in the uke apartment complex which is really run down but there’s like a family vibe there with one yuri and another yoai couple the uke is really dense and curious with the joy for books and one day rides the seme out of Curiosity but gets hurt they also go to the zoo or something??(⌒▽⌒)

    Well, I'm into characer growth but not particular the op part. Usually that is where I drop the series. The things I recommend could be completely different than what you wanted to read, sorry about this. I've used isekai a lot, but idk if I use the term correctly but oh well.
    Have added some some recs based on emotional character growth however. Hope it's to your liking!

    Shounen-ish things... (I am very bad in genre division, sry)
    - Beastars!
    coming of age, animal society, furry-ish I guess?
    - Psyren
    standard action-adventure shonen with growth in abiities. I hope this gets an anime sometime...
    - Kumo desu ga, nani ga?
    isekai with game mechanics, focus on abilities and cheating the system. Dropped it a few chapters ago.
    - Kingdom
    warring asian states, historical, growth in abiilties
    - The beginning after the end
    reincarnation: king into boy in a fantasy world (currently dropped)
    - To You, The Immortal
    about an immortal alien-thingy that can shapeshift into others. Interesting so far but dropped it around ch 100
    - Saijaku teima wa gomi hiroi no tabi o hajimemashita .
    about a scavenger girl, interesting so far, only a few chapters, kinda rebirth theme.

    - Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami
    isekai with the girl starting a cooperation and establishing trade


    Slice of life / josei
    - Houro musuko
    coming of age of a transsexual boy.
    - Blue Period
    a boy attemts to become an artist. this is harder than you think.
    - Arte
    a girl attempts to become a craftsman in the renaissance where there is lots of gender bias.
    - Kakukaku Shikajika
    a girl attempts to become a manga artist.
    - The Great Merchant Kim Manduk Manhwa
    about a girl who becomes an important merchant

    - Kokou no hito
    a guy finds his ikigae: (outdoor) climbing
    - Real
    about wheelchair baseball, lots of character growth

    a bunch of kids are drafted into the army during an alien invasion
