Honestly even if they had a warm bed and food in the academy they'll suck Sak's core dry bruh LMAO until he bleeds in all holes and die. Not to mention they have to be separated so there's no point anyway. In the end Lima got what he wanted which was nobody touching their bodies even till death...The ending is open ended but a happy ending nonetheless for me at least even if they get caught I'm sure they'll be satisfied enough and probably do a double suici_e so yeah definitely recommend this.
I actually finished the anime first and can I just say this is one of the few cases where the adaptation is better than the manga cause genuinely watching the anime first, the emotions I felt was crazy and how they depicted it in the anime like especially the scene with Akira (junji ito guy) and Metaka. When akira was smiling and hiding it with his hand and him thinking if they still had a bandaid when I SAW THAT IN THE ANIME?? It was beautiful also because they're moving you know whereas in the manga it's just panels. Anyways besides the format or whatever I really love the anime and also the manga I genuinely wished there were more and as to whether it is bl or not...well I'll just leave it to my imagination. They are all so cute I also can't believe I almost shipped Yamada with his bully, now that was interesting too lol I saw in the anime Yamada was carrying 2 bento boxes chasing his bully and his bully was running away. The scene with Hayashi and the girl too was cute as well as with Ema...now I'm sad cause I'm genuinely going to miss these characters :(
it was actually the exact opposite for me lol
i read this first and didnt know it had an anime until recently. i loved the adaptation but i feel like it didnt really convey the silliness and awkwardness between the characters as well as the manga. i do like them both for different reasons but i feel like the manga just handled the comedy a little better and definitely had me dying of laughter the whole time
Ok so they're talking about a stabilizer and a ghost/monster...this is like guideverse but historical version?? Now personally I thought the blonde one would become the top too but this is great as well I don't know what y'all complaining about. Personally I think that was his preference in the first place but then the prince did that and married someone else which was rude ngl but in that time and age, also because there are few chapters so I wouldn't really know but was it allowed for a prince to be with the same gender I mean not that it matters knowing that he let him go because he thought two timing the new wife and him was way worse than just letting him go with no status and all. So far this is interesting so I'll probably wait for the official or not idk

Umm it's not a bad story and there's nothing wrong with it either but I genuinely just think it's lacking. There's something missing between the couple like I get the bottom guy being a socially awkward/anxious person and then his partner who understands him completely and talks for him and now they decided to get separated due to their goals, works and whatnot while the other guy is trying to be a lot more independent not just always depend on his partner like that's good no problem. But I also think that's what makes it a little unrealistic like there's no way you understand him completely and you guys have never had a misunderstanding with each other. There's not much development nor exploration about their relationship and that's why I think it lacks in my opinion, it's like pretty flat and boring. I think there was no build up of anything or conflict I just wish there was more so yeah I think I only went up to 2 or 3 chapters.
Nevermind I finished it and they did have some conflict but I feel like it was brushed under the rug too quickly. They didn't address his insecurity as much.
