I really didn't get what's happening but I think the Alpha in the duo is in love with Karasuma's little brother (??? Not sure honestly, it's not really clear who is the person he is referring to because I thought it was Karasuma). But because of his condition, he is holding himself back.
They were extra cute in this chapter. I especially like the panel where Hyunsoo got tired of walking and so Baek put him in his back. They were so cute walking in their animal forms.
