I only read excerpts from spoilers, but it was something like the man colleague's intentions slowly became corrupted, I don't know about the woman. I think Jean personally oversaw the man's beheading.

He is a complete green flag, its just that he is scared and somewhat brainwashed by his own brother and family thats why he acts like that, but eventually he is such a green flag, he did it only with josh.
I believe he’s still somewhat a black flag? he’s such a menace, he’s only nice when it’s josh
When it comes to the partner I would be more concerned about Josh.lol
