Hmm.....I'm not 100% but I think that Juheon has a plan to take down his family but it requires him to take down himself and I think that's why he made himself an actor and a public figure...so he was avoiding reconnecting with dohu so he wouldn't get caught in the aftermath but juheons been slowly falling for dohus schemes to break down his defenses and is conflicted now?

Juheon needs to wreck himself for his revenge so following that plan, he can't be with Dohu cause 1)Dohu will suffer backlash as well and 2) it doesnt seem to be a happy ending for Juheon (not quite sure how bad it will be...). And I think the PI dude is helping Juheon to also get a bit of revenge as well (for his grandma it seems?) So it makes sense he's more worried that Juheon will lose his determination to wreck himself as planned because he'll want to be with Dohu...

My guess is that eventually Dohu will somehow find out the plan and try to convince Juheon to go about it differently and Juheon will finally give in and they'll find a way together to free him from the family and bring them down

And since Juheon's plan involves releasing a scandal of his family when he's made a name for himself as an actor, you can imagine all the reporters and paparazzi will follow his every movement. And that can drain one's mental health if they're not prepared. Not to mention that cancel culture in Korea is pretty harsh. Fans can send a lot of funeral flowers or trucks that demand the artist get kicked out of the agency. So yes, Juheon definitely doesn't want Dohu to catch the stray
