She’s an actual sociopath like how do you have zero empathy for your own sister! And Paula can’t even do nothing because she doesn’t think she’s that valuable to Vincent. He already had all the clues except her appearance. He saw how close she was with Ethan, how she read the stories the same way, how she understood his trauma with the dark, etc. So couldn’t he have just confronted Paula instead of hugging that bitch back....

The plot is quite cringey like...smtg a kid would write thinking it's deep and realistic but it's not
Started off good, but got boring pretty quickly. The plot felt repetitive after a while, and there weren't enough struggles for fl to keep it interesting. The brainwashing aspect had a lot of potential to get darker, but the author kinda just moved on from it.
I also wish there was more focus on the ml's relationship with his own kind... the characters just got more and more shallow.

This was so good, waa. The start wasn’t that intriguing, but the story quickly grew on me. Especially Joseph (he totally stole the show aaa). I love how the author successfully showed both how vulnerable and cunning he is. And he’s also gorgeous like his mama lolll. Can’t wait for MC to get back from his exile, but even his journey now is so fun. I love how the arcs are clear and never get too complicated like some manhwas, and we still have those wholesome moments every now and then. Not to mention the CUTEST romance between Vlad and the red-haired girl TEARS!! Anyway, this became one of my favs.
