Neither of them communicate and it's bothering me. Like I understand WHY ML is like that but MC is so confusing! Like he keeps so many secrets, he didn't treat ML like a friend either, and tells him nothing. Like put yourself in ML shoes for a second and think of what that must feel like.
MC seems to take interest in him but DRAWS A HUGE LINE TO RECIPROCATION. He never shares anything about himself to ML but wants to how ML is feeling or thinking. When he gets questioned why that is, he never says because you're my friend but that he's his manager. How would he think that would feel? He doesn't take the initiative to BE A FRIEND. ML learns things from the outside about MC so how could that be a friendship? He puts high boundaries on common things.
Like how is ML supposed to feel secure in that relationship? He doesn't know about the crush but ONLY MC's distant/secretive behavior.
Now don't get me wrong, ML has a ton of issues but his insecurities are only being escalated by the MC behavior. He was abused/witnessed abuse as a child, forced into stardom, followed by creeps and paps, touched and approached by people with bad intentions etc. He is a victim and haven't received help because he can't even process anything. Even his Uncle not letting him quit earlier was a sign he didn't have his best intentions at heart. He's surrounded by predators and MC is his only safe space but MC is too occupied with making everything centered around his crush to be Decent friend to him.
I just need MC to communicate and to stop hiding everything. I need ML to get therapy. I need them to use their words! Cuz holy fuck I'm annoyed lol

First this story was rushed ASF. The concept was good, blending hints of scent/omegaverse into s guideverse story is a subgenre I really enjoy. HOWEVER, this story just left so many holes in it.
First, the guild entirely too hot and they need their own stories. I'm looking at you Flat, Cverny, and the other long haired member. Also speaking of that member, it looks like he suffers from DID??? that at just completely glossed over and not addressed at all.
Then the reasoning behind Cverny banned was absolutely ass because the mated GUIDE approached him, not the other way around and did he actually lose the battle or not.
Coda, i loved him from the start and I'll continue to love him. I felt so sorry that he lost his lover Ano. Hopefully he can fall in love with the NSA commander. I ship it. Just like I ship Flat x Cverny and the other guide x the other long haired esper with DID.

I love DANTE back story a lot. It's very tragic and I feel bad for him losing his brother and knowing a monster been inside his brother body and defiling it. I would've went crazy at the thought that even in death, my love one was still being violated. So I understand him, love him down.
Hyoseop story should've been more.
Coda love story should have gotten a chapter or two as well. But yeah, I'll give this story a 5.5/10.

This shit is damn near poetry I love the writing. Very beautiful and you can feel the emotions very well! I feel for these two characters a whole lot. I feel like I can launch into a deep analysis of this story and the characters but it will be too much to type! I just love it and I know people have a thing about rape but this touches on that one question that people speculate about, "If you could without getting caught, would you conmit this ____ type of crime?" With a broken character like ML who couldn't properly deal with his trauma or manage being the target of sister's trauma response, and a trauma bonded MC who is dependent on the siblings because he craves a place to belong to, this was going to a psychological mess. I'm trying my best to refrain to write paragraphs so I'll stop it here but I truly do like this story!
