For me only 15% =came back at "Already Read", as they are starting with this list 1st. But only the rated ones. As I noticed, non of what I marked before year 2017 came back. My account is from 2015. And I have a total of 5000+ titles. Besides list, Comments on pop-up screen, that I use to type notes, are gone as well. They said those might come back last. Because after "Already Read", "Reading" would be next. This is going to take a very looooong time. Fortunately my bookmarks are fine. However Notifications are all messed up as well. Some came very late, others never appeared while finding them at Recent Updates.
But, there's nothing that we can do but wait it out.

I don't really remember all the summary but it was a historical medicine, doctor, system type of manhwa
MC is the prince and was abandoned or neglected by the king because the mothers is maid (I think). He study to be doctor and in that academy he was mistreated cause he is not good with mana or other things but suddenly he gets the knowledge about modern medicine like a system.Oh after that he pass the test or something and goes to slump to establish his own clinic. He find one friend or assistant in the academy. They are poor and needs money. He has also other siblings 2 older prince 1 younger prince and 1 princess the princess is supportive of the MC . Later the king and the princess also get saved by the prince medicine. The king also secretly adore the prince I think.

Its yaoi about the angels and mc transmigrate or don't know reincarnate into the white/golden long hair angel and there is the system that all angel go to transmigrate in the story/novel as specific role and must complete it and they get some point or something. The ml is also angel with golden/white (I am confused with the colour between ml and mc hair) long hair and popular among the angel and sleeps with other angel Infront of mc. And for the first story mc choose a hard one but more points if completed and it was a historical and there was scene about pearl or ruby something I guess and mc bond with that character from story deeply and when the mission is complete and even though he gain points he was heartbroken or something....
It is similar to Chinese arts but the scene are bold so am confused
