I have had this account for about 6 years now and I had taken a long break from reading anything and I’ve recently come back. When I signed back in all my “already read” or “reading” title were gone!! Along with my folder of my fav panels. I had like 1000 titles on my account at one point. My favorites were luckily still there but I’m mega bummed. Was this just because I was inactive? Has this happened to any one else?
It happened to all of us back in January. Mangago's data disk crashed. Only stories you have rated and/or tagged were recovered, nothing else did or will come back. All retrieved stories were dumped into your "Already read" list, you have to manually re-add them back where they were pre-crash. You can start rebuilding your lists now.

but ill give you a tip! i "store" everyhting that i read in lists, that happened in january and my lists from 2018 are still good! hope you find the lost titles!

Sooooooooooo I just have a question.... cause idk if I’m the only one. When reading some fanfiction that isn’t character x character, ie. x reader, or x oc. Can you guys bare to read oc content? Like a character the author came up with paired instead of like y/n. CAUSE I LITERALLY CANT and idk why..... i feel like when I go to read fanfiction I want to escape from reality... but reading oc content makes me feel like I’m just watching from the outside and makes me feel sad... anyways lmk if I’m crazy or not. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
i personally avoid oc stuff bc i dont know enough about the character to really get into it
(im also a ride or die otp shipper of characters from the source materials so thats also a thing lol)

When the fanfic involves an OC that the author created i really just can't. Either because I don't really feel familiar with the oc or I dont want the said OC to be paired with my fav character. I (y/n) just want to be the one involved in the story, not some random unkown oc.
