I really like names of the characters in this story. It's very rare to see Slavic names in yaoi, and they are common and normal names. You can tell when author is not familiar with different cultures where story is located by ridiculous names, but not here.
The chapter 44 reminded me on old memory when my mom meet my first gf, she embarrassed me and wanted to show pictures of me when I was a baby. It is a happy memory as I felt like every other normal person introducing your lover to your parent, yet my ex was in the closed and she did everything to avoid her father meeting me due to her fears and his bigotry.
