I really like names of the characters in this story. It's very rare to see Slavic names in yaoi, and they are common and normal names. You can tell when author is not familiar with different cultures where story is located by ridiculous names, but not here.
The chapter 44 reminded me on old memory when my mom meet my first gf, she embarrassed me and wanted to show pictures of me when I was a baby. It is a happy memory as I felt like every other normal person introducing your lover to your parent, yet my ex was in the closed and she did everything to avoid her father meeting me due to her fears and his bigotry. I truly wish that every queer person experience the same joy in mundane things like acknowledgment of your relationships.
This webtoon is extension from short 3 chapter smut catering for very specific kink, so if you are not into phycological terror and mind-breaking you will not like this one. Original Placebo ends with uke manipulated to the point his spirit is broken. This is not for everyone, if you don't vibe with it, leave it and go on.
Yeah I agree. People keeps talking trash just because they dont like the seme or the genre itself but they keep reading and reading and going back to the comments every release just to do the same thing again. It really fits to my taste but yeah~ its not for everyone.

Dearly beloved, we gathered here to enjoy some boy-on-boy love, even some good smut if gods willing, but not even one character is lovable in this story. I actually like seme the most in the whole story, as if you look in to details he did and still care about his partner, but in really bad way. He obviously lack empathy and this is perfect for sad background story, like his parents were cold so he never really felt love and he can't express it properly. I know, I know that trash is stereotypical and predictable, but seme as a character is much better than that uke. And I can relate to the uke more, I avoid confrontation, I know how it feels to be ignored, and awkward around others, but he is almost slimy and so annoying. I want him to grow some balls and learn to communicate (now I'm just projecting).
however, the biggest sin of this manhwa is that the art is so uglyyyy #－.－)

I was reading this chapter while listening to Tool - The Patient, and it was such a hard read. Never kill yourself, life is too precious and all your current problems are just seemingly unbearable, all will pass but shortening your karmic cycle could cost you greatly.
