So still greedy and wanting to become a god, Sisyphus is being opportunistic with hell in a disarray and effecting the world above, he still seemed interested in making his own kingdom above. Selectively picking out those who benefit and interest him. It also explains why he isn’t very knowledgeable of the modern world nor the nuances of what things mean entirely, or symbolize in this current era. He’s child like because he’s been constantly pushing that damn bolder for his greed, for god knows how long, thus he’s out of touch with the world.

If his sister speaks so ill of people with adhd and gay people, it speaks on the families views as well. It’s still a religious and conservative household. The series constantly talks about sexuality and it being a weaponized weakness for these boys in society. They can’t come out. That’s why the main two characters are so fucked up and calculating, they have to deceive to survive. And it’s made them both guarded and jaded. They both wear masks.
