I wish it had some side chapters but honestly it was a very good ending just the way it is. I just dislike when a story ends

Question: anyone know what was up with chapter 53??? Geon Yeong was wearing the black tracksuit with red stripe when he called Jinwoon looking for Wonwoo, then Jinwoo says he sent Wonwoo and Se-Eun to Wonwoo’s place because they don’t know where Se-Eun lives.
Geon Yeong then shows up at what should have been Wonwoo’s place (might be Se-Eun’s new apt or hotel, idk) he’s wearing a white collared shirt and different pants and the drunk one seems to be Wonwoo and not Se-Eun like Jinwoon had said.
Same with Wonwoo, he had been wearing pants at the drinking place with Jinwoon and Se-Eun but then back in the “room” (probably Se-Eun’s place) he’s wearing shorts, and again he’s the drunk one, not Se-Eun.
I think two different chapters got splices together or something, idk but I would like to find out what happened in both scenarios. What led Wonwoo to be at Se-Euns place drunk with Se-Eun asking Geon Yeong why he needs his oermission for Wonwoo to be there (never got the answer) & the other one is probably from the later chapter where we see Geon Yeong call Wonwoo and tell him to open up the door at which point he kisses him and gets bit (chapter 54) where he’s back to wearing the black with red jumpsuit.
Anyone know where I can find the correct chapter 53? And whatever chapter the drunk Wonwoo is from?
In chap 53, the last few scenes are flashback that ygy has. See the black panels behind the illustrations. The flashback is the Busan hotel during all stars games. Chap 54 continues the present narrative that seun is drunk and at wonwoo's apartment.
The chapters 53&54 are correct as uploaded without missing scenes. People are confusing the flashback with the ongoing plot. Panels with black background are flashback scenes as is the case with most mangas
I don’t remember a n y t h i n g!! I am gonna have to reread everything. Ughh, I just want to know what happens with the main pair. There are soooo many side pairings, idk who’s who, who’s related to who by who, what their animals are, or even their ages anymore.
Last I saw Norio was dumped by his fiancé and then then they started all the side pairings. All of them.
The merman and the big brother’s story was good, as was the British dad’s with the Italian(?) dad. Strangely enough I remember those stories a lot better than the main one at this point.
This manga was beautiful in so many ways. It was genuinely heartfelt, so emotional and gripping. I want more manga like this one.
Hakumei was extremely beautiful!! Super bishounen with an air of elegance.
Now as to the confusing mistress, main, branch families.
What I got was that Aoi’s dad had been the Inugami then he left/refused to be the Inugami any longer, whether that was because he simply wanted out or he met and fell in love with a girl, idk.
Anyway I think Aoi was conceived after his dad left/quit because as Munekaze said ‘the Inugami don’t have what is needed to reproduce’.
The Main branch family died off, with the exception of Aoi and Munekaze (the twin). Munekaze bacme the new Inugami and Aoi was allowed to live because through the Kami’s attachment to Aoi’s father, he felt as though Aoi was his own child.
Aoi’s dad turned into a dog and later dies, his mom leaves and later dies as well, leaving Aoi to relatives.
The only family from the Main Branch left alive are Munekaze (Uncle) and Aoi (Nephew). I guess Aoi and Hakumei are related. Thanks to the Inu blood running through Aoi’s veins, he is able to visit the temples without the Kami’s power damaging him.
Its a lot of reading between the lines with this fic. Its a good fic but I would have rather had the fic be 20 volumes long and get the full story vs what we got here.
Good Fanfic material though, someone, anyone. ; ) let me know.
I have been reading this manga for years now, it never gets old and I can easily start reading it all over again right after finishing it.
The only wish I have concerning this manga is that I hope beyond hopes that Miyuki Abe-sama would consider writing one more volume in which both Takara and Kiyomine end up together as in are a couple.
It could be a continuation of where the manga ended or even a time skip, but all I want is to see the two whole heartedly kiss and know that the world know they love one another
I feel so bad for both of them. Seoyoon is too afraid of losing his childhood friend for being in love with him, and Yeonjae is afraid of the same thing but for different reasons and is also unable to understand his own emotions and what they mean.
I don’t think Yeonjae ever received any form of counseling for what I assume is a dissociative disorder or something similar (doctor didn’t specify anything in the flashback). Yeonjae seemed like he was unable to form or keep “normal” relationships until he met Seoyoon. Yeonjae seems to think and is trying to follow the “norms” of society in order to keep Seoyoon by his side.
I don’t even think either ones’ parent’s (moms)said anything about Yeonjae’s health to Seoyoon, so he has no clue, maybe he’d be more direct about things if he did.
I really hope they clear some stuff out, they’re overcomplicating everything, but then I guess we wouldn’t have a manhwa to read.
Is there a novel? I want to read more.
