You can check out Max Mojave's Case. It's more of a thriller/yakuza themed story, not supernatural, but it has the horror element in it. Not to mention the art is beautiful. Dreadful Night and this are two of my hidden gems (▰˘◡˘▰)

im looking for a story that has SA trauma as the main theme or at least it's relatively relevant. The ML helps or is just good to the MC in general and they work through it

missing love? although there's graphic SA throughout and the healing part is very short and at the end only. although, whenever the two interact it seems the weight is lifted off mc's shoulders. so could be healing along the way in shot bursts?
