yeah true but honestly by the context of this manhwa she's more of tipsy not drunk drunk and we can literally see her thoughts, she consented. you can clearly see the difference when the other guy approached her and when herdin approached her. she's "drunk" in both situations. she resisted on the other, and she blatantly asked the other. it would be different if herdin just went straight to her then she consented last minute as 'shoddy consent'. but in this case she said it herself. at the end of the day she admitted she loves herdin as much as she loathes her and drunk words are sober thoughts it's just in this scene more of drunk action lmao. let's differentiate shoddy consent to actually consenting.
The great thing is that in the next chapter they don’t end up doing it cause of tha reason! (At least that’s what happens in the novel, Herdin stops cause she’s drunk and can’t consent)
