I mean Anitta's reason for wanting revenge is valid. Instead of the princess's story, I would have much more preferred to read Anitta's story. I think it would be more thrilling and I would certainly be rooting for her.
To be honest. I am not satisfied with how the story ended with her family and Amaryllis. I feel like neither the family nor the high priest got a fitting ending. And Amaryllis, she just dies???? And her family loves her even after knowing she is a homunculus??? And they don't even want other people to know which is why everyone still has doubts about poor Ashtarte. This story is really boring.
Most of the gangster trope or in debt uke stories always has rape, toxic relationship and unnecessary violence. But this is one of the story where the seme is actually kinda cute, knows consent and doesn't treat uke like a toy or trash.
